Group management & SCIM
Create groups that mirror your org structure—teams, departments, locations. Add and remove members from the web app or, where available, sync with your HR system via SCIM so groups stay up to date as people join or leave.
Admins manage who is in which group; members see only the groups they belong to. No need to notify users when they’re added—they’ll see their groups when they log in.
SCIM user provisioning is in active rollout and available on request. Group sync is on the roadmap and typically delivered during enterprise onboarding.
Anonymous analytics for teams
See how teams and groups compare on the Culture Flower and dimensions—without ever seeing individual results. We only show aggregated analytics when a group has at least 3 respondents, so no one can be identified and anonymity is protected.
